Organic Bio-Turf Fertilizer Mix 8-3-5, 25 lb

I like that this product feeds your lawn, but will not burn it. I have not had the best of luck with some chemical fertilizers, so muchso, I am probably done with most of the harsh chemicals. I’ve had it happen where I have had burn patches even though the spreader setting was sparse.I moved to the Indianapolis area recently. My landscapers were terrible. I had to fire them and take over lawn care. They would cut my lawn wet and make a mess of things, leaving divers and bald spots everywhere.I began my lawn are by purchasing a wonderful electric mower on Amazon. Since the mower is electric, I only cut when completely dry. The mower is lightweight with an easily adjustable blade so the cutting never does damage.My lawn felt like I was walking on concrete. I had the landscaper aggressively aerate and over seed. I like Johnathon Green seed. I like to feed the microbiome with kelp meal and dry molasses flake.I keep my lawn mower blades sharp, and don’t cut too short and try to water enough to keep the grass happy and the roots deep.The product I’m reviewing is pricey, but if I can get my grass thick enough, I can minimize the use of pre emergents, which saves money. The Johnathon Green brand in the blue bag is the only weed inhibitor I like. Other brands are simply too aggressive.I sometimes use some Milorganite. If I’m not satisfied this coming spring I will purchase a good soils test kit to insure the NPK is properly balanced. The season is over as of this writing, but my lawn has steadily improved every week since I fired my landscaper.

We love this product and use it on our small lawn and our large bamboo container plants. All are thriving and lush.
