These are awesome!
I have tried plenty of these, and these are awesome. The strap that goes around your waste doubles back allowing you to get it nice and tight. The straps that go through your legs are also adjustable. It is really low profile so you cant see it under a pair of shorts, that is the awesome part. I have already ordered a second one, so I can switch off.

Cut the straps.
There was no way I was wearing this with the straps going in my crotch so I chopped them off and the belt works just fine. Adding a little moisture under the blue pad helps hold it in place against the skin. It will move a little bit, but usually it will stay there most the day. I work as an electrician wearing this thing for 5 years and it worked just fine. I'm on my second one and I will keep buying this one when they're worn out.

Does the trick!
Like you all, I'm postponing surgery and looking for relief.This made a huge difference in helping keep the protrusion at bay, and the discomfort that came along with that has been fully relieved. I'm using the left side only, and I've removed the velcro pad for the right side.No problems and I travel a bunch and made it through 4 TSA pat-downs successfully with no questions :) I'd recommend this for anyone who needs to survive for a while before getting their surgery booked.I also recently switched to wearing this directly against the skin just to allow for a little more breathing room down below, although the downside will be that I've got to wash it more frequently. We'll see how it holds up.

CHAMPION HERNIA BELT, SECOND PURCHASE
I HAD A BILATERAL INGUINAL HERNIA REPAIR AND USED THIS BELT AFTER THE SURGERY TO HELP KEEP THINGS TOGETHER. WORKED GREAT. I'VE CUT 3 FULL CORDS OF WOOD WITH IT USING A 6# MAUL IN SPRING/SUMMER.. HAS KEPT MY INTERNALS IN LINE UNTIL I CAN SCHEDULE SURGERY. I OWN 2, ONE FOR WORKING AROUND THE HOUSE, THE OTHER FOR WORK (WE ASSIST PATIENTS IN A HEALTHCARE SETTING INVOLVING MENTAL HEALTH PATIENTS.

I have purchased a more slim version and it was less bulky than this. This holds in place all shift so no real complaints. I will buy again
