This olive oil has a higher than 400 degree burn temp. I use it to fry in cast iron skillets and in my air fryer. Excellent results. The container is tough with a cap that seals well. The flavor of the oil is excellent as well. I am happy to find the quantity in a single bottle. I use it in some fashion every day including salads with apple cider vinegar.
