At first, it looked like it would not fit. Then I tried again the next day. It fit. I tried it and OmG! It works beautifully. It was a very good price too!

Its what you need. Note no nut. Only washers
Came with the washers. No nut which is what I needed. But exact replacement. Ready for some trenching!

Works for old green LE500 - BEAST MODE
This blade fits and works perfectly on the older LE500 green B&D edger. 9/16 wrench (normal lefty losey) and 2x4 scrap to lock the blade while installing. Blade is marked "side out"; and has same counter clockwise rotation. These new blades have a .50 inch shaft hole, and the old greenie is smaller .45 shaft, but the running balance is fine...so use both original spacer washers (new ones are .05 too big). These babies EAT !
