This is a old school sturdy leather Speedbag, modern day Speedbag are smaller in size and quicker,designed to increase hand eye coordination this is bigger in size more beneficial for strength and power development of arms pretty much like old school boxers who used a bigger sized bagsBut this bag needs a strong base platform to hang otherwise there will be lot of vibration and you cannot punch with full power, luckily I had shelf so hanged there it.

Leakage in the bag. Poor quality
I purchased the bag on 07 jan 2020 and have not even used the speed bag extensively. The bag started shrinking and the bladder was deflated. While being refilled, the bag wasn't completely inflated and there seems to be some kind of leakage which can't be repaired locally.
