I’m incredibly impressed with the WHATAFIT Resistance Bands! As someone who enjoys working out at home, these bands have completely upgraded my routine. These are pretty good. I like that the resistance level (in pounds) is clearly printed on each one, so you don't have to remember that brown is less than gray is more than pink, or whatever. They clip on/off easily, the included handles are comfortable, the door brace thingy works well. I can get a surprisingly challenging workout from them.My only concern is the steel rings on the handles, and clips on the bands. When the brace is hung over the door top the rings and clips bang against the door if you're not pretty careful. Concerned this might mark up the door, but to date that has not happened (I am trying to avoid letting them bump hard against the surface). Overall quite satisfied with this purchase.

this is a great quality product, however it has one flaw. The ring where the band sits on does not have a groove in it like a pulley, and the band just falls off of it and winds up inside the fabric. I found a fix for it I attached some Velcro and made a groove and then I had to take a clip to hold it secure and it works but this could be a lot better. I don't know if there are any others out there that has a groove in the ring I definitely would buy that before I would buy this one again again. but otherwise like I said the hardware is very nice and the price is right just needed a bit of a hack to make it work correctly.

I often don’t write reviews, but I had to on this one.The product is great quality all around. The price point was very good.I am very pleased with this product would definitely purchase again and recommend to others.You can get a really great work out with these bands. The range in sizes are very good as well.

I’ve been using these for about two months with no problems. I’ve done lat pull downs, face pulls, rows and curls putting a lot of tension on the bands with no issues. I had a pair before this where one tore and another had the ring pop off the end - so dangerous! But these have been great. No smell at all, stretch is appropriate and the pound marking on the band end is really useful. The handle attachments are comfortable ale but the ankle attachment Velcro is a little weak so you have to make sure it’s positioned right if your doing lower body movements. Overall they really enhance what you can do at home. And the muted colors look good, too.

This was a purchase for my son who is a very busy dad of three small boys and doesn't have much time to go to the gym. He absolutely loves them because he could do this anywhere even in his office which he does often . They have a little bag to carry everything in, and he can carry all of the bands or just one or two with him. He can do this in any of the kids rooms when they're doing their homework or when traveling. The resistance bands have different amounts of resistance so you can alternate your workout according to what your needs are. The bands are very well-made and the hooks are easy to attach.

These appear to be the same product used at my physical therapist's officce. They're sturdy enough but it would be nice if they were a little longer or came with extension straps as I can't use them for pulldowns and some other exercises where I might want to hook the center of the cord and pull from both ends- these are a little shgort for that. Otherwise4 they're very good for the purpose and a good buy. Academy sports had a somewhat nicer turned out product bought separatyely- that includes a separate purchase for each hand grip- that cost $20 per component!

Highly versatile/can add, subtract as your muscles develop; SAFE vs dumbells which can drop, roll, trip over; smooth/quiet resistance with no snap back; easy to store under bed/out of sight; great value for improved muscle tone. Sorry I didn't discover earlier.
