Great pair of earbuds! They charge fast, have great battery life, fit well and sound great! I love the passthrough and noise cancellation features. And the customer support is phenomenal. I had an issue with one of the earbuds getting quiet and not only did the customer support help me troubleshoot, they even replaced the headphones for free. The new pair is going strong!

No more complaints from friends and family about laud noises while on calls, and music sounds good. Really good product for the price.

Love these. This is my daughter's second pair. The first pair were 5-6 years old and used heavily. So when she needed to replace them we didn't hesitate to get an updated pair. She loves these as much as the first pair and I love mine that are at least 4 years old and going strong. They are comfortable to wear, sound quality is great. Batteries last for days, even by a teenager that uses them constantly. Highly recomment!

This fits great, however the little flap holding top and bottom together broke after less then a week. Still stays on and helps protect the headphones

I used the TOZO brand a few years ago, but left them when I had issues of drop-off using Bluetooth; however, the reviews for these TOZO NC9s changed my mind. (Plus, the discount offered helped seal the deal when deciding to return!) I can walk around doing housework and leave my iPhone in another room without any drop off! Amazing connectivity and easy setup are two reasons to try them, but their sound quality is really good for the price point! (I use Bose and Thinksound earbuds for reference, but I needed a cheaper version for sweaty things like yard work and working out.) These TOZOs are perfect for hot, sweaty activities and sound stays true. Along with the versatility in the TOZO app, you can create personalized sound quality/tonality for your preferred genre or entertainment choices.

Impressive sound and software for the money!

These fill up and fit in my ear very well. The took some getting used to due to the size. The produce a nice clean clear sound and have great base. The noise cancelation work good. I really like that you can turn canceling off and use the noise canceling mikes to hear environmental mental sound like the wife or someone else talking to me. I don't have to take the earbuds off everyone someone wants to talk to me. I'm old and loosing hearing in one ear and these almost act like a hearing aid when someone is talking with them in environmental mode. The batter life looks good. I haven't worn them long enough to discharge them and I had them in several hours at a time. I just drop them in the case a they charge back up. I'll plug the case in every few days to charge it back up.

The media could not be loaded. Maybe I received a dud! IDK.. The design is horrible.. The top part of the cover is beyond loose.. It's so loose that it don't even stay closed.. The bottom part stays on, but when it's closed the blue top part of the cover just flaps around SMH.. DO NOT BUY.. I got it for my daughter's earbuds.. At this point I just don't care enough to look for another brand lol.. We got a crazy deal on the earbuds and i truly thought they would be the issue, but nope it's the cover.. Even with the cover, the deal for the whole set was way cheaper that the original price of the earbuds.. So that's really why I just said forget about it.. plus my daughter is a Tween, even tho it's frustrates her sometimes, she don't care that much either.. Mostly they stay in her purse or mine.. They are still a horrible design tho
