shilajit along with good selection of compounds reasonable value for a month supply
been using these daily for a month or so now and i like the mix.. its not just shilajit on its own which i usually had as a sticky resin which could be a bit messy and awkward to take out, so have found i prefer it like this where its in capsule form with a bunch of extras like ashwagandha rhodiola lions mane ginseng and a few others.. the idea seems to be a full spectrum adaptogen blend.. more of a wellness thing than just one focus.. which suits me fine.. the capsules are easy to take.. no taste or smell.. no weird feelings in the stomach either which i sometimes get with other mixes.. i take two with water in the morning and that does me.. hard to say which part is doing what exactly but i feel a bit more settled and focused lately.. could be placebo.. or maybe not.. either way i feel better on them than off so thats good enough for me right now.. the glass bottle is a nice touch.. most stuff i get comes in plastic and im sure this form is a bit kinder to the planet.. value wise, feels decent for what it is considering how many herbs are in here.. i used to try to get all this stuff separate that ended up costing more so having them as one capsule works well for me..and again decent value, for the months supply

Good quality product
The Dr. Sosnowski's BioActive Shilajit Blend arrived well packaged. Included with the shilajit is a blend with Ashwagandha, Rhodiola Rosea, Lions Mane, Panax Ginseng, Royal Jelly, Ginkgo Biloba, Turmeric, Bee Propolis, Cordyceps and Stinging Nettle. I have several Dr. Sosnowski supplements and they have become a brand that I trust the quality of the ingredients. The capsules are of average size and therefore easy to take with a glass of water. I did not notice any nasty taste or bitter aftertaste. As with most supplements it is too early to tell the efficacy of the product. Good price point.

A very interesting combination of health giving ingredients
I was looking for something to give me both a mental boost and an energy boost, and this combination various things seems to have some great benefits along those lines, and the Dr. Sosnowski brand does strike me as a reputable brand after checking out their website the other day.In this product there's Shilajit, that's the main thing, but there's also several other really good ingredients including the ever popular Ashwagandha, which now seems to be in so much stuff, and along with that, there Rhodiola Rosea, Lion's Mane, Ginseng and even bee related ingredients, which seems to be Dr Sosnowski's main thing on the web site. I think that is what they started with many years ago.The product seems to be very natural and free from all the nasty stuff like artificial additives, colours, preservatives, etc, which is the kind of natural purity that I am always looking for.I have been taking it for a couple of weeks now, and am feeling fine, but it isn't fair to put that down to just this particular product as I do take a whole stack of supplements and have done for ten years, but I will be closely monitoring my energy and focus to see if over the coming weeks this does make a difference.

A Great All-Round Supplement!
I've been taking Dr. Sosnowski's BioActive Shilajit for over a week now, and I'm really impressed. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I love that each serving packs a powerful punch of 11 key ingredients, including Shilajit, Ashwagandha, Rhodiola Rosea, and Ginseng Mushroom, to name a few. These ingredients are all well-known for their natural benefits, and it's clear that Dr. Sosnowski has put a lot of thought into crafting a comprehensive formula. As someone who's always on the go, I've found it really convenient to get all these ingredients in one capsule. Normally, I'd have to buy each one separately, which would not only be more expensive but also a hassle. With BioActive Shilajit, I can just take one capsule and know I'm getting a broad range of benefits. The 60-capsule bottle is also a great value - it lasts a full month, which is perfect for me. I've also been impressed with the quality of the ingredients and the care that Dr. Sosnowski takes in sourcing and testing them. One thing that's really stood out to me is how gentle the capsules are on my stomach. I've had issues with other supplements in the past, but these have been a breeze. There's no weird aftertaste, either, which is a bonus.Overall, I think BioActive Shilajit is a fantastic product that offers amazing value for the price. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a comprehensive and convenient way to support their overall health and wellbeing.

This is not shaljit -
This product does not deserve a review having had real shaljit from other sources which had finished I thought I try this brand and deliberately purchased the more expensive range I was very disappointed by the product no way it has any relationship to shaljit its supposed to he a solid tar base instead this was runny the taste was absolutely disgusting tried to return it and came back stating it was not a returnable item -best advice dont purchase it's not what they say it is total rip off !!! Avoid purchasing it

Taste isn't very nice!
I'm not keen on the taste of this, but that's not the fault of the manufacturer, it's just what this stuff tastes like! It's basically like thick tar and quite difficult to spoon out of the jar. You can either mix it into something like coffee or just take it neat. I took it neat and regretted it! In coffee you can still taste it but it's much less strong and therefore easier to deal with.As far as health benefits are concerned I must be honest and I say I haven't noticed anything, positive or negative, as yet but maybe it's early days.
