Impressed with the information Smart Dose provided to get an idea of just what Shilajit is. I ordered it 7-8 days ago and it arrived quickly and I would be able to use it that evening. Wow great packaging too.Like most I dipped my finger in the jar to see what it tasted like ... big mistake. So I followed directions next and put the pea sized amount in a cup of coffee. Where did that taste go? My big mistake was changed into an almost non-existent taste in my coffee. The next morning when I woke up, I could remember parts of my dream. I have not been able to recall a dream in decades.So now that I've used it a few more nights, every morning I can recall parts of the dreams. Amazing to me. Leaves me sleeping sound too.I want to say my skin is changing too ... it feels softer and not so dry. I can see it in my face in particular. This may be too soon to give an accurate report, but that is what I am seeing so far.I'm very happy with my purchase and look forward to seeing more results in the days ahead.
