It comes as a set, one for each hand, but I only use the right one for my mouse. I love it. It takes the pressure off my wrist. I have an extra large mouse pad and this glides effortlessly all over it with my low profile mouse. I would recommend this to anyone to prevent wrist stress. I don't need it for typing, but I think it could be very useful for someone who had that issue and had use for both.

These do what they say they do, and are fine for mostly small mouse movements, but eventually you have to pick up your hand to recenter your mouse, and when you do that's when you have to be conscious of where your hand is and placing it back just right. The curve fits well but only in a small region, and it's easy to get offset from that. It also tends to stick to my hand a bit, which means it doesn't stay in place quite right. I'd rather have gotten one with a wrist strap to keep it in place, but for the price these are hard to beat. For active gaming, however, I find myself just eventually flicking it aside.

Love these. As it happens I’m a righty and my husband is a lefty so we both get to use them. Glide well on my desk and keep my wrist at a more neutral position.

Works well enough so far. For the price it should have some kind of memory foam or support gel or something softer. It does add far more comfort to gaming with my mouse and has eliminated bone wear on my wrist.

bought this to relieve some wrist pain I was having while gaming. I tried it out only for the pain to be worse than without it. the hard rubber dug into my wrist and worsened the pain. it glides well.

The size is a little too large. if they had options for S, M, L that woudl be more perfect. The gliding is great. I have large female hands but even then this is too big. If you have larger hands than me I'd say these are a good option.

I liked the packaging and that it came with two; one for each hand. I ordered these because of pain in my palm from pressure when moving my mouse all day. I tried these first, but you have to put your wrist back on them in the exact position for them to work, so you have to focus on it and try a couple times to get it right. After trying these, I tried a soft cooling jell mouse pad, and it provided the relief I was looking for.
