NOT GOOD FOR CB RADIO CHAT
One four for a copy. Come on good buddy. Some smokies on my tall good buddy. As you can see, I'm a C.B. radio enthusiast. This is reflected in my clothing and day to day speech good buddy one four for a copy.I regularly wear farah slacks and grey slip-on shoes with a tight t-shirt that reads, Piccadilly Radio or Chick Magnet, depending on the day & if my mum has done a wash. Over and outBreaker. Breaker. Anyway, is this phone a good match for a C.B. cat like myself? Ten four.Pros: most things.Cons: there is no talk trigger or channel knob on the side of the phone. This is a must for most C.B. radio cool guys like myself. Ten four.I hope you enjoy your phone come back eyeball.

Automatically signs you in to your Wi-Fi. No password needed. Don't ask me how. But it does...
Update: 26/3/25. I applied for the free rewards of a Fit3 watch and FE Buds on 9/3/25 and they were delivered to me on 26/3/25. So quite quick considering they have to verify, etc. I can't ask for better than that. The watch and buds work perfectly. Easy to set up. You just need the Galaxy Wearable app for the watch to start to function. But you don't need to be connected to it all the time once you're set up.A very clever phone. Albeit, one thing. My old phone S20 FE would give me alert pop ups to my bank spending and incoming. This does not for some odd reason. I have all the bank notifications ticked, but still does not. I contacted my bank to highlight this. But to no avail. They are getting their I.T on it. I say this because If I lost my card or it was stolen without my knowing. A pop up would appear alerting me that my card was used by chip scan at a shop or something.I will call my bank again to try get resolved..Anyyway. Dead simple to set up. No need for your Sim card at first. Do that later. Let Smart Switch do its clever thing first. (It needs to be installed on your old phone first. if you don't have it already installed.) I suggest that yo do before switching on this new phone. So much simpler) Once in. Do your Biometrics if you want to go that way. It doesn't take long and is worth it.This phone is brainy. despite the Halifax bank hiccup. I do think it is at their end, not the phone.Do not worry about the battery. At first it will chew up a bit. But things will settle down once you are up 'n' running after your first charge.Great AI features. An excellent phone. Glad I upgraded to it.Update: I now get my Bank Pop up alerts.

smooth phone
Overall, the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE is a powerful and smooth phone — great display, fast performance, and excellent battery life. The camera quality is sharp, and the phone handles multitasking without any lag. However, I did notice an annoying issue: on some apps like WhatsApp, the top-right corner (especially the three-dot menu) seems like a dead zone — it's hard to tap, and it doesn’t respond properly. This gets frustrating when trying to copy or edit a message after selecting it. Apart from that, the phone is solid, and I appreciate the 3-year warranty for peace of mind.

Galaxy S24 FE: A Budget-Friendly Powerhouse!
Unboxing the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE was a smooth and enjoyable experience. The packaging was clean and thoughtfully arranged, with the phone neatly presented alongside the included USB-C cable and SIM ejector tool. The overall unboxing experience had a polished, premium feel.Once I powered on the phone, the first thing that caught my eye was the stunning 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display, a usual Samsung excellence. The colors are incredibly vivid, and the sharpness of the screen makes everything from videos to photos pop. The 120Hz refresh rate makes scrolling, swiping, and general navigation feel smooth and responsive. Whether I’m watching a movie or switching between apps, the display truly shines. The design of the S24 FE looks sleek and modern. It feels lightweight in hand, yet sturdy. I also love the matte finish on the back, which not only adds a touch of elegance but also resists fingerprints, which is pretty common is high end phones nowadays. The camera system is one of the highlights of this phone within this price range. The 50MP main camera captures beautiful, detailed shots in most lighting conditions. I found the ultra-wide and zoom lenses fun to experiment with as well. However, in low-light conditions, the camera struggles slightly to maintain the same level of clarity and detail. Performance has been smooth overall, with the phone easily handling multitasking and even more demanding apps and games. The battery life is solid, lasting me through a day of moderate use.My only real gripe is with the charging speed—it could be faster, and Samsung should start exploring faster charging speeds at this point. However, there are a few minor drawbacks. The lack of expandable storage can be limiting in my experience as I have previously had to resort to SD cards to supplement my expanding memory needs. However, this is subjective and a larger storage model can be purchased to alleviate this issue.Overall, the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE seems to provide an excellent blend of performance, design, and camera quality in my experience. I am eager to find out how the phone performs as I load it up with contents, ranging from apps to media contents and see how it performs in a long term regular usage scenario.
