Keeps you well hydrated
Was recommended this stuff by the guys at my fire department when I went to fire school the first time. The actually even stocked it at the school. That should tell ya something right there, as there aren’t many situations where hydration is as critical.

Tasty and Work Great!
I really like this hydration powder! It actually works, dose not taste artificial, easy to drink, and no sugar! I only wish it was available through FSA spending, for some reason they took it away, but allow the sugar added DripDrop to be purchased though FSA? Now that doesn't make sense!

They weren't terrible but they weren't something I want to buy again. They had a funny aftertaste for me.

Better than its competitors
Used to use Liquid IV until a friend recommended this brand. Much tastier and easy to drink. Price is cheaper too. Good product all around!
