Fast acting
Great for a pickmeup!I have just started to use these and wish I had tried them sooner. Taste is okay, quite pleasant and not salty like other hydration tablets I have tasted.I like the fact that they don't contain sugar as it helps me to keep on track with my diet. They dissolve quickly in the water and are not thick in texture as some others are. I feel the benefits almost instantlyGreat price and will continue to use.

Flavour not great, but definitely work well to keep you alert and refreshed.
Taste - gross. I don't like berry flavoured anything but they were on offer lol.Works? Very well. I felt more awake on my flight, think they helped me not have a migraine ( I get so many of them, I knew a flight in hot weather to the States would set my head off, but these definitely helped!)I was also worried about DVT on the flight being overweight, plus I stupidly left my flight socks at home, but these did help me feel more alert, and I made sure I walked lots! But I would buy them again as they did help me.After an 11 hour flight and no sleep I felt awake, alert, and still quite fresh thanks to these.

Very berry
Slightly sweet for my taste but a nice overall flavour. The caffeine boost is very welcomed as it gives you a tangible boost. Great for electrolytes, pre or post workout too!

Perfect Hydration solution.
Bought so many of these. I cannot fault them, so easy to use. Drop one or two tabs depending on hydration required. I use them for golf and cycling. Taste great too.

Very good electrolyte tab
These are very very good electrolyte tablets. You really feel the caffeine hit and the taste is pretty good. I prefer the taste to the SiS equivalent but that is personal preference. These ones do have a very slight sucralose taste (sweetener) but its not bad by any means. This tablet is probably best suited to someone doing short length exercise and who is using cardio exercise to aid weight loss. If you are doing endurance sport I do not see the point in a 'Zero' branded sports drink, especially now that the general trend is towards 100g/carb per hour. You can achieve this using High5's other sports drink, which is their carb mix 2:1 Energy Drink.Still, this is a great product which will keep you hydrated, prevent cramp and give you a slight kick. I normally use two tabs per bottle.

Very good will purchase again
Bought these as a supplement when intermittent fasting. Chose these mainly for the caffeine content as with intermittent fasting I wouldn’t be consuming coffee and needed something to ease the caffeine withdrawal headaches. These worked brilliantly for me. The taste isn’t great at first can taste a bit salty on the first few sips but gets better. Definitely better taken with ice cold water.

The product is fine. But not a hydration drink.
You know, this product has sort of a mild taste. I wouldn't say it's unpalatable, but also it doesn't really taste amazing. It's the sort of thing that you could I could bear to drink If I need the caffeine. And to be fair, it does have zero sugar. So yes, you can't add this into a drink and so we'll get a caffeinated drink that is somewhat healthy. But in my opinion, it does say it's an electrolyte sports drink and there's just not enough electrolytes in this. One dose will only give you 3.5% of your daily recommended amount of potassium. If you compare this with something like Power Raid, which is an isotonic sports drink, then it's clear to see that this doesn't, this isn't really enough potassium. And for those that don't know, intra cell hydration is mainly a product of sodium potassium pumps. So I don't know, maybe I'm wrong on this, but I think it could do with a little bit more potassium in there. 3.5% is not that much. The ratio should be closer 2:1 sodium to potassium. So either way, there's too much salt and not enough potassium. So would I buy this again? Ah, I'm on the fence. You know, the caffeine that you get from it is good and the taste is okay, not great. But at the same time, it is a little bit salty. Also, it doesn't really taste of berries or like a light peach flavour. I don't mind it too much. I'll see if I continue with it.

Reasonably nice taste with a caffeine kick
Reasonably nice taste when added to a small bottle of water (500ml). Takes a couple of minutes to dissolve although a small amount of powder residue is left at the bottom. Have been taking every day for some time although I'm not sure how effective they are. Definately can taste the caffeine in these for an instant energy boost. Has a slight Red Bull kind of taste.
