I purchased this as a replacement for my old simple kettle. I love the style and ease of use. I absolutely love the quality it heats up very quickly. I’ve never had any issues with the functionality of the kettle or the app. I love that the top comes off completely. Making it easyTo clean and fill Also, Govee’s customer service is amazing. I needed some help and they were so quick and helpful. They even checked in on me a few days later to see how things were. This was my 1st Govee purchase and I have definitely purchased more products since then

I can't tell you how much I love this tea kettle! It's made very well and I love how i can start it from my phone! I also love how it has the ability to change the temperature of the water because I'm an avid tea drinker and hate when I burn my green tea cuz the water is too hot. I'm planning on gifting one for my mother in law for mothers day, i love this so much! Very easy to clean as the lid comes all the way off as well as the ring around the lid so you can fit your hand in and really scrub it.

The media could not be loaded. I rarely write reviews. I also rarely buy appliances because I prefer to ask for them for Christmas and save myself money. But the Bluetooth on this thing called to me and I am so happy I gave in and bought it! I can TURN IT ON WHILE STILL IN BED!! Works perfectly with my Google Home app.I bought it because I’m lazy in the morning and hate waiting for my old loud electric kettle to heat up while eating breakfast. With the app, I can turn it on, set its temperature and check its temperature. It heats up to 212 degrees in less than two minutes for three cups.You can control it by the buttons manually and that requires no programming, of course. This thing’s biggest selling point is definitely the Bluetooth, though. You can set it to brew you something at a specific time every morning!! My phone AND watch will tell me when it’s ready!?! The future is awesome!!! (Older people, definitely ask for help with programming it from your more tech-savvy friends or family, however; I’m in my 30s and had no trouble, but my poor mother had no idea what she was doing when I got her one, haha!)I don’t use the diffuser, but it’s sturdy. The whole thing is sturdy and easy to clean. Looks small and snazzy on my counter. Quieter than my old kettle.Overall, this thing changed my morning routine to be more streamlined and easy, which is very important to me!!

I like the product but wish the liter/Cup marks were reversed. I’m right handed, so when pouring I see liters instead of cups. When full, it’s very cumbersome to twist and see the cup lines.

I returned this for a more retro look kettle, but I really liked this one a lot. High quality.And It’s easy to clean unlike a regular kettle.I would recommend it

Nice to set timer. I wanted to brew tea, it would be nice if that feature was added vs the tea soaking before the water boils

I love this electric tea kettle. It is such great quality and the app makes this a game changer!The sleek design, ease of use, and the fair price point, make this kettle great. But the rapid boiling and smart features make this an absolute game changer! For context, I use this kettle primarily when I feed my infant formula (combo fed baby). His formula has to be used with boiling water to kill any potential bacteria. We were previously using a good ol’ saucepan on the stove, but that always took a while. It sucked for those middle of the night feeds. I found this and it’s been a game changer! I can use the app to start the water the second I notice baby’s hunger cues. By the time I’m done changing his diaper, the water is ready. I’ve also used the app in the car as we pull into the driveway so that the water is ready to go as soon as we’re home. The water boils within seconds. 10/10 recommend!

I recently switched from coffee to tea. I missed having my automatic coffee maker. With this kettle, I can start the water boiling from the phone app right from bed. That way by the time I make it to the kitchen, the water is hot and ready for me to insert my tea. I also love that it automatically reheats the tea to keep it warm. The only downside I found is that you can’t make just a small cup of tea because the strainer doesn’t extend to the bottom of the kettle so you have to have a good amount of water in there to use. But overall, I’m thrilled with my purchase.
