WORST PRODUCT, NO AFTER SALE SERVICE
Worst product. Better quality products available in the market. I purchased this product on 20th Feb 25 and this water cooler does not cool the water. Heating function only works. Bluestar customer service does not list this product under my number so cannot complaint. Local Bluestar service ask from where have you purchased the product. As soon as you say Amazon, they wont provide you any service and ask to complaint online only.Wasted 9000 rs on this product and no after sales service. Look for alternatives.

Review for Dispenser
Hi,After using the product for 1 day I have observed the following points. A separate switch would have been give for refrigeration, since most of the time this will be empty, simply power is getting waste.. Cold water is coming even from the normal water tap (Middle tap), feels like fridge water

broken and defective product recieved
okay i brought this for our hospital and installed and running fine. after the return date is over , the machine is making so much noise, and the side walls of steel are caving inside once the sound starts. we are not using the machine now. i do not get a return not i can share this with blue star customer support... you have delivered a faulty one...i need to repair this or exchange it... and normal water is dispensing cold water now...1. normal water dispensing cold water2. hot water turns on machine make huge sound and the side walls are bending.
