Very nice I have bought so many of these and they break down within the first month this is the only model that I have bought that last longer the first one I bought had a lifetime guarantee but when I try to get a hold of him no one ever answered so the lifetime guarantee is a lie but like I said this model is the best model it doesn't break down as quick as all the othersWhy did you pick this product vs others?:Because it's the only model that lasts longer than a month

I love this diffuser! It fills my living room, which is large, and still works all these months later.

I purchased this item in April 2025. Today, after a call to customer service, May 29, 2025, they are providing me a refund upon receipt of the product. This product was great until it wasn’t. It’s such a shame because I was planning to order several more.

The design is cute. I got it to match the nature aesthetic of my apartment so that I had a smart way of repelling roaches. though not everything needs to be rainbow colored LED. It just feels tacky and ruins the mood and theme of the item. I wish it had warm lighting or just no light all together. Otherwise it functions just fine so far. Hopefully it doesn't break down easily like others have said, but I also did follow the warnings carefully. Pure natural essential oils only.

Love the large water capacity, hate the lid. This is the 3rd unit (sent one back which was replaced) where the lid has broken/come apart. Sucks. I'll need to replace it with a different brand/diffuser. :(
