I’ve been using this product for about a month now, and overall, it’s effective. I’ve used Warrior Creatine in the past, and it consistently delivers results and this one is no exception.However, the main issue I’ve noticed is that it doesn’t dissolve properly. I mix it with water and shake thoroughly, but no matter how hard I shake, there’s always some residue left at the bottom. It also has a slightly gritty or “scratchy” texture when drinking, which might bother some users. Maybe I’m not shaking it hard enough, but this seems to be a consistent problem for me.That said, the product still works well and delivers the benefits you’d expect from creatine. Flavourless

Recently started training with a coach and he advised to start creatine 5 g every day. He sounded very positive on Creatine results, hoping to gain strength, and with his confidence, I believe it's going to make a difference to my strength training. great product at great price, but the blazin berry flavour is VERY sweet. its almost unbearable. i would fo for unflavoured or a different flavour next time.
