The media could not be loaded. This memory foam is really nice. My kid and myself really like it specially the cooling part. We both have heat a lot when we're sleeping and that' cooling pillow is like a game changer. Memory foam functions also very well.

I have fibromyalgia, 3 bulging disc in my neck and a shoulder tear that surgery did not fix. With that being said this is the most comfortable pillow that I have tried. Not to hard not to soft. Does it take all the pain away NO but it does make it so I can sleep well and if I do wake up with neck pain or a headache (which doesn’t happen very often) it doesn’t last all day like it did before. This pillow isn’t a miracle fix (not sure there is one) but I do recommend buying it and trying for yourself.

The pillow is perfect. It's the right thickness to support my head without hurting my neck. It did have a very mild smell when I got it but after a couple of hours the smell went away. The memory foam looks deceiving. The pillow is very soft when pressing down with a hand but once my head was on it, it didn't sink down nearly as much and seemed to feel firmer.

At first when I got it, I liked the softness and the size. It was bigger than my old average size pillow. I put a cover over it and rested my head on it for awhile. I felt this very strong smell from the pillow that was so intoxicating I couldn't use it. Instead of returning it, I decided to air it out in the sun to see if I could get rid of the "new" smell. After a day or two, the smell subsided enough for me to use it everyday. I'm glad I didn't return it.

For some people, the softness is a plus, but for me, it's a negative because I need the neck supportwhen I lie on my back. The softness would be nice if I were sleeping on my stomach.

I especially love the cool, refreshing feel, it’s perfect for staying comfortable throughout the night. It’s on the softer side, which works well for me, and I didn’t notice any strange smell at all when I first opened it. The baby blue color is also just right and looks great in my room. Overall, a very good pillow that I’m happy to recommend
