I've been taking these for a few weeks, so it's maybe a bit early to see any significant results. I chose them to help boost my metabolism, and burn more fat.Easy to swallow capsules, and you'll need to continue taking these for a while in order to see the benefits.

I thought I'd try these tablets to increase my energy levels. In that regard they do seem to work, although it takes a couple of days for the body to get used to them. I can't say if it's night or day, but they're worth a try.The tablets are a little on the big side, so may be harder for some people to swallow.

We can get coQ10 from some foods eg oily fish, organ meats, nuts, but the amount is small. There are several widely prescribed prescription meds that lower the natural coQ10 in our bodies, as does aging. Many doctors will suggest taking supplemental coQ10 when they prescribe a statin. At 81 I am taking 2 or 3 prescription meds that are known to lower coQ10, and undeniably old age is here to stay ! An easy way to find out about effects of meds on coQ10 is to look on Youtube for a video by Dr Ken Berry (Channel: "Proper Human Diet") on the topic.I was surprised to see that these caps are contained in a clear plastic bottle. I don't know if these pills can be damaged by UV light, but I'd rather not take the risk. The storage directions on the bottle tell us to "keep out of direct sunlight". If I hide them away in a dark cupboard I'm bound to forget to take them.Another niggle is that the main inactive ingredient is my old foe, rice flour. I make huge efforts and sacrifices to combat my glucose intolerance - and then I am obliged to swallow unnecessary carbohydrates as a filler in my supposedly health-giving supplements. No, sugar is not the only source of carbohydrate in our food. Starches are just as bad, or even worse.As far as I can see, this supplement is not organic, nor 3rd party tested, nor does it originate in the UK. Indeed it seems to come from China. The combination with L-carnitine (not "L-cartinine", as in the ad's headline or "L-catinine" as is written further down) and vitamin E is, I think, unusual. If you just want coQ10 alone, you may want to shop around, maybe for higher quality. You will have to check for yourself if a better price than the current one of £21.99 for 120 caps is to be found. Buyer beware - I thought I had found a lower price for 120 caps, only to discover that the suggested "serving" size was 2 daily!

Q10 is such a short hit sort of supplement. Great for a short burst of activity and then gone. L-Carnitine is fairly long lasting in a larger dose than you're getting here, again this is a short hit thing. enough to make you feel perky through your workout and maybe a little beyond that. The vitamin E can only be there as a supplement to aid digestion? It's a useless supplement on its own with no use other than for people suffering acne attacks. really no idea why it's included here. possibly bulking.Anyway, tried these out and found them easy to swallow with no aftertaste or kickback as the capsule melted. The effects are noticeable but not hugely so. Fine for getting through your workout but not much use for anyone with a sedentary lifestyle.The clear bottle is a good sign. a resealable pouch would be preferable but I get that some people are loathe to embrace the new. The childproof locking cap here is less than stellar, very weak and feels it in the hand. Seriously, if you have a kid, get a locking cupboard for any medication or supplements, you can lock a cupboard or chest way better than a bottle of something toxic.Anyway, this is a reasonable product for the price, my usual brand wee out of stock which is how i cam to try these. I'm not disappointed but I'm not hugely impressed either. they're just adequate.

This seems like an essential supplement for anyone of a more advanced age, such as myself. I am not a doctor, but am persuaded that it's a potentially beneficial supplement and am happy to use them.The capsules contain CoQ10 (200mg) together with L-Carnitine and Vitamin E (20mg each), and are consistently filled and easy to swallow. I don't detect any strange after-tastes.With a 120 day supply, these are very good value. After a month's use, I do feel they have been of benefit, so I shall continue with them.

The contents of the capsules is a vibrant yellow colour, which correlates with other CoQ10 supplements that I've taken in the past.
