I bought this a few months ago to replace my broken owlet, I decided to try something new, I do like this monitor but the Bluetooth connection is definitely not as good as the owlets wifi connection, however I do like that you can take this monitor on the go.My sensor broke and I contacted customer service and what I will say is that they are brilliant. They sent me out a new sensor that unfortunately wasn’t the right one ( older model ) because they didn’t have the newer sensor in stock and in order to fix their mistake quickly they have sent me a new set of equipment. I don’t even mind that I am dropping back to the older model because they are so helpful and polite and definitely try to deal with any issues promptly.
