I placed the TMJ relief product between my lower teeth and upper teeth for 30 seconds as instructed every two hours. I've done two so far. It stretches your mouth open wide and you can feel the release of tension in your jaw. It comes with another piece of plastic which is a jaw massager. This also helped releasing jaw tension. It works even after two goes. My jaw has less pain and is looser. However, for four pieces of plastic it is quite expensive -purchased for £26.99. I recommend it. I see another version for the same type of product and they want £118.
