Follow the instructions, and you'll get good natto
The Natto culture works well to ferment soy beans. Ensure you follow the instructions properly. As a nutritionsit, I can confirm that buying natto culture to make fermented soy beans and chick peas will be your best investment in your health.

No not buy this natto starter , dosent work , very weak and non existent starter . Do not buy and waste your money .I'm going to import the starter from Japan .

Less stringy and low power subtilus
prepared as per correct procedure after thorough sterlization and fermentation at 40°c for 24 hrs. outcome is less stringy and lower power bacilus subtilus enzyme. Need to try with nattomotto and natto from maindish.in.

Cannot prepare natto more than once as mentioned in the packet you can prepare 5 to 15 times, and low. Power bacteria stringiness is very less and one shachet you can use only one which means it's very very costly. Bi
