It is very easy to cut with the right pair of scissor, and I have seen a dramatic change in dust levels.Fist perfect over vents, and it's definitely a great product, and budget friendly.

I ordered and received the 16" X 90" size. The picture on their page shows this as a roll, it is NOT, it is folded which creates a problem in trying to get the filter media to lie flat. Once it is creased it is almost impossible to get this to flatten out. The packaging is a bit much, this comes in a sealed clear plastic bag but it is taped on all four sides with clear tape to make the package tidy. Not sure why as it doesn't really need the tape. The brown cardboard box it comes in is very sturdy and larger than the package, seems like they could have used a better package.This is not easy to cut you'll need a very sharp blade and may have to change it often. I didn't need all the velcro but was appreciative that it was enclosed, dots and a few strips to make it easy to hold the filter media. I used this to close off some HVAC diffusers while a house was under construction to keep the ducts clean of debris.I took off 2 stars due to the folding vs roll.

I bought this thinking to use in my RV vents, well it did work for me.
