Hard lumps
It's orange in color unlike the normal cream color. I've been fighting with hard lumps since it came. I thought they would just break apart when by shaking the bottle when I opened it. At this point I'm past any lumps breaking by shaking. I finally have put my hand in and been breaking by hand. Some of the lumps are too hard to break so I took a fork to them. I will not buy this brand again. Maybe mine isn't normal but it's the worst garlic I've ever bought.
