You feel like someone is actually working on you
I’ve had a few tens machines, this one is by far the best so far. This doesn’t feel like I’m getting electric pulses, it feels like someone is actually working on you. And you don’t have to push it up very much in intensity to really feel it. I can’t imagine going to 20, I would be beat up. Like the thumping feels like actual hands or massage gun. It’s wild. Love the no wires. Pads are a bit expensive compared to other pads, but the quality is 10x than normal pads. I want to see some of the other products they have.

Great for price
I was very hesitant on this purchase. My husband wanted me to get the Chirp ($200) and I just couldn't bring myself to doing. Let me tell you! I have 2 bulging disk and just this morning been wearing for 2 hours and man i feel I have definitely got my money's worth already!! For this price you can not even get a massage. Very happy with this product.

Powerful
This is the most powerful TENS unit I've ever used. I rarely turn it up to even 50% power. The batteries in the devices also last a long time which lets you focus on restoration and not on charging. I like that it also has EMS and massage modes. It would be nice if you could control whether or not it goes in a pattern or goes continuously. I bought an additional set and for some reason, the app does not allow you to use more than two units at a time which is frankly stupid. If I want to run 8 of these at once I should be able to. There's no good reason to limit it. Please change this and I will buy more. The other thing I don't like so much is the pads lose stickiness very quickly compared to other pads I've used. You get a few uses out of them and have to buy new ones which can get expensive. Luckily these units are an amazing price for what you get. More options than the two pad types would be nice as well. They're both pretty small so a larger one would be nice. Another nice to have would be a slimmer main unit. Even if this increased footprint size I think it would be worth it for comfort. Lastly I would love a version with heat. I haven't been able to find a single wireless unit that offers that. It's hard to find them even in wired units. So make it happen. Overall it's a nice unit and works well despite the few gripes and nice to have wishes.

Functionality and ease of use
Very convenient you don't have wires getting in the way. I used it work and love that I don't have to contend to any wires. Just stick, connect , set your settings and time and that's it.

Works great
Love this! I was worried about it being wireless and not working as well but it exceeded my expectations. I work long hours on my feet doing physical labor so I'm constantly sore. This will be so helpful in relieving some of my pain.

Not user friendly.
I thought this would be good, but it's not.The base layer of the pads is made from a semi-rigid plastic. The edges are sharp and they chafe the skin the entire time they are on. Plus the wire on one of the 2-piece pads broke off the first time I tried to use it.Also, the control app is not user friendly. It allows you to use 2 units at one time, but you have to have both of them on the same setting. So, if you want one on your back, and one on your leg, with the back set to one setting, and the leg to anther - you can't. You can set the intensity separately for each, but that's it. The type of setting (tens, ems, tapping, needing, etc.) is set to the same for both units. And, if you go through a cycle on both or either of the units, and then want to set up another cycle, you have to back out of the app all the way to the first screen, turn both units back on manually, and then go forward in the app to the setting screen. That's the only way the app will resume communication with the units.

Love the unit, hate the pads
I get terrible tension migraines and desperate to try anything to make them manageable.I like ALL the different types of modes on this unit. It’s has repetitive options as well as long routines. The different intensity levels are effective and use them frequently. I also LOVE that this is wireless. What a huge advantage that gives you.I have one huge issue with this unit though. The pads are too big and not sticky enough. They are so big there isn’t any flexibility either. They are designed for large flat surfaces only and not for natural curves. I use this on my neck and shoulders and the pads are just not flexible or small enough. I ended up taping them down. When taped i love this thing. The stickiness does not last either. Even taping down isn’t always effective since they do need to stick well to your skin. All in all, i like the different nose enough to struggle thru the massively poor pad design. I tried other units and keep coming back to this one for the range of options it offers.I wish they would redesign the pad options to different sizes and something more flexible that sticks better. I would pay double or triple for that, that’s how much I love this unit.

It works great
The TRNS unit is wonderful! It’s strong and I love the fact that it’s cordless.
