Makes sourdough shape and fold so easy
Sourdough is so much easier to shape and fold, tiny amount of flour and it glides. Much easier to pick mat up and slide waste into bin then getting it all stuck to worktop

Very good backing mat
Used it to make pizzas, very good sticking to the surface so don't slide when you operating with dough, easy to clean, perfect for creating your pizza

Pizza mat
I use this mat to stretch pizza dough. Easy to clean.

Very thin and it's not non-stick
It is very thin. This is not a problem. However, it is not nonstick as it claims. The dough sticks to the mat all the time no matter how wet or dry the dough is, and it is very frustrating kneading even trying to roll the dough into a shape at the last step of making the bread. Some oil or flour is still needed to prevent the dough from sticking to the mat.
