Love these locks. Because they are easy to install, convenient to add to the TTLock App and very user friendly, we highly recommend. I love the flexibility in access programming and he convenience of the smart features to access from anywhere. I also like the look, it’s stylish without being bulky!It’s a high quality for a mixed material lock and the battery life so far is fantastic compared to comparison locks.It’s a quick set up, smooth and quick lock and unlock and quick to program!Recommended, but you will want to purchase the companion gateway, that is also inexpensive and super easy and quick to install!

Made form quality materials, instructions for physical install in the door were very clear, and install was straightforward and easy enough if you are part way mechanically inclined, this should be a breeze. The application connection the door lock was a little frustrating, but after several attempts I was able to get it to work. The app I am familiar with from another door lock, but the instruction on in the door lock didn't exactly match the process. Minor inconvenience and not worth a star deduction. Overall price is right for a quality product.

Following an unauthorized entry into my house around midnight, the police suggested that I install a remote door lock so I could lock the door, but still give emergency services an access code to get in without breaking the door down. It's very flexible in terms of how you can program it. I sleep better at night.

This product is terrible, and I'm trying to return them after using them for a few weeks. We can not, nor can anyone else who requires access to our home (pet sitter, house sitter, family members), figure out how to get the pad to light up or "wake up" to enter the code. Even after we're able to get it to wake up (by using the fingerprint pad) and we enter the code correctly, half the time it says that the action failed. Only redeeming quality is that it is streamlined and looks nice.We purchased two of these for our home and we have the same issues with both.And yes, we've read the instructions that came with the product, watched videos, used the proper steps as outlined in these documents and videos to "wake up" the key pad and it still doesn't work.

Purchased for some of the additional features. Wanted to ensure doors were locked at night and open during the day. The clock setting is not reliable. It loses hours making the passage mode something that has to be adjusted every 2-3 days.The codes and the fingerprint function seem to work well.

This lock looks and functions like a high-quality product. I am impressed by its versatility and all of the lock/unlock options it offers. You can use your fingerprint, the app, the keypad (4-9 digit passcode generated by you or by the app), one of the included keychain cards, the manual knob (from inside), and/or one of the included manual keys! I have poor internet service at my home so I am thrilled that the lock is not completely reliant on the app. That means I am still able to get in/out of my house via multiple methods when my internet is not working well enough for me to open the app.I like being able to send an eKey to someone else, allowing them to use their mobile device to easily lock/unlock the door (once they download the app and set up an account, of course). For each eKey or passcode, you can specify whether it is permanent, timed (unlimited uses within the dates/times you specify), one-time use (once within the next hour for eKeys or once within the next six hours for passcodes), or recurring (i.e. every Wednesday between 10am - 12pm). For each keychain card or fingerprint, you can specify whether it is permanent, timed, or recurring (no one-time use option, which makes sense). You can also use the app to view the records to see when and by whom the device was locked/unlocked.When you attempt to lock or unlock the door, a voice clearly tells you whether it has successfully "locked" or "unlocked" or if the operation has failed. You can hear the voice from either side of the door (and from a couple rooms away). The lights on the keypad also flash red if the mechanism doesn't lock or unlock correctly. When you press a button on the keypad, it makes a clear, cartoonish sound so you know each keystroke has registered.I am not mechanically inclined, but was able to quickly and easily uninstall my old deadbolt and install this one in its place. The installation instructions and diagrams are clear except that they leave out the step where you have to DISassemble the mounting plate from the interior assembly before you install it. This resulted in me returning the first one I received because I thought it was missing a critical part. As it turns out, the part was there all along - I just didn't realize it was attached to another part (and there was nothing in the instructions or packing list to indicate such).The set-up instructions in the manual and the videos (accessible by scanning the QR code in the manual) are clear and helpful. The TTLock app is free, user-friendly, and intuitive so you can actually figure out how to set pretty much everything you want without referencing the instructions.The passcode and fingerprint recognition have worked every time for me.
