Seem to help
These seem to help when I eat something a bit fatty that is hard to digest. Happy with them.

Seems to work
Had a Lipase deficiency so started to use these. I think they are helping break down fat in my gut.

Easy to take
As with most tablets and supplements it's not always easy to see if they are making a difference, but we take them in the hope that they are. I am in that camp with these. They are easy to take, not too large and just the one per day, with no after taste that I have noticed.I like that they come in a box that isn't too large for the number of tablets you get and that there are no fillers.

Seem to work
I found that these capsules started to work quickly, but I really did notice the difference after 6 days, definitely not as bloated as usual after eating. There is a small after taste when you place in the mouth before swallowing.Recommended.

Rather weak in relative terms
Each capsule contains 500 FIP of lipase, which is a little low, and the price is a little pricey for what it is. I normally take Enzymedica's Digest Gold which contains 4000 FIP lipase, or the fat specific Lypo Gold which contains 15,000 FIP of lipase. These supplements are obviously much more expensive. But taking that into account, this supplement is still a little underwhelming. But if you don't need huge amounts of lipase, it is ok.

Helping with digesting fats but not a fix for everything
Ever since I started feeling bloated after meals, I knew I had to find a solution. Like many other people, I was getting fed up with that heavy, uncomfortable feeling. After trying those enzyme tablets, I can honestly say they've made such a difference! They're dead easy to take, and thankfully they don't leave any horrid aftertaste.I found it fascinating to learn how these tablets are designed to work in specific parts of our digestive system. About a fortnight into taking them, I noticed a real improvement. My tummy wasn't as heavy after eating, and that awful sleepiness I used to get after lunch nearly vanished. Now, I should mention that these supplements aren't a cure-all - they're mainly focused on helping with fat digestion, so you need to be sure that's what's causing your issues. One thing I really like is that they're suitable for vegans and don't contain any nasty additives. I've been lucky not to have any side effects, which is brilliant. If you're having trouble digesting fats properly, you might want to give these a go - but remember, they shouldn't take the place of a proper, balanced diet.
