Great product phenomenal customer service
They have amazing customer service skills. They didn’t have the size I ordered and instead replaced it with the same product in just a different size to fulfill the order.

Worth every penny.
I can't say enough goodness about this stuff. Worth every penny. I have some stainless steel pans with copper cores, and the copper gets discolored with use. A small amount of this stuff on a damp paper towel and some elbow grease, and it came right off. In fact, I was so excited, I took what was left of that paper towel and cleaned off a few steel-clad appliances with water stains on them, which previously would not come off with a soapy rag. Sure, water stains are easier to get off, but it's a nice plus knowing that I can take the used rag from cleaning my pans and make use out of it.I'm attaching some photos just to show what I mean. The copper core had a very dark brown, almost murky milky look to it. 15-20 second of scrubbing takes it right off. You can see in the first photo that the copper was very discolored and blemished. The second photo shows what it looked like before and after. Also, if you look closely, the barkeeper's friend also helped remove some of the discoloration on the bottom steel baseplate of the pan, and I didn't even scrub in that area. That was just from having contact with the cleanser. I didn't waste time cleaning the bottom because I don't care if there is a little seasoning on there.Cleaning steel things in my home used to be such a drag. Not anymore. I originally thought 4 bottles would last me quite a few years, but now I am certain I'll be coming back for more much more often, and I'm totally ok with that.

Works Great!!!! Will use/nuy again!
This stuff cleaned my stainless steel sink very well! I cleaned 2 sinks with this, first one this stuff made it shine as if I just got it from the store and installed it, this sink had no stains but has been used for about 5 years now in the kitchen. The other had stains from toilet bowl cleaner on it. No pitting, just visual stains, looked really bad. This doesn't remove them entirely, but makes them look 1000% better. First clean on that sink I sprayed it all over, then scrubbed it down with a sponge. Cleaned it again, this time on the stains I just put this on there and let it sit on there for about 5-10 minutes. Then scrubbed it off. It removed 75% of the stain. If I did a 3rd pass It'd probably get them out. In my eyes this stuff worked great. I feared those would never come out and they did.Side note, the directions say one 1 minute before you wash it off. Me putting it on the stain for 10 minutes, basically on the top part of the sink where a soap bottle can go, did not hurt the stainless at all. This is not aggressive enough to cause harm to it, it being stainless. Don't know about anything else.

Great Product But...
I had to return the first four bottles Amazon.com shipped out. The cap on one of the bottles was so badly cracked, it wouldn't stay on the bottle and was rattling around in the box when it arrived. Clearly, the product would have dried out long before I would have used the entire bottle. So, if you order these items, check them over carefully When they arrive. It is a great product for cleaning stainless steel. Best I have found anywhere! Good price, too!

Never scrub a shower door again!
My shower door was almost white from dried on soap scum. I read somewhere that this stuff could clean soap scum and water spots off shower doors. I ordered it. Today I took a shower, then saw the Bar Keepers Friend on the counter, so I stepped out of the shower and grabbed it. I figured the soap scum would be soft from my hot water shower.I squirted it over my shower door, and realized I didn’t have a rag. So I “smeared” it all over the door with my hand and then rinsed it off. CLEAN shower door, no scrubbing!!! Less than 2 minutes for this result!I am amazed that it took me 50 years to find this stuff! Highly recommend. I will never scrub another shower door with comet and a sponge! This was easy!I am including a pic from outside the shower. This stuff is amazing!

Did the job
The instructions explained exactly how to use, which I found to be great and easy. I was very impressed with the outcome after I used.

Deceptive listing, only got one bottle when listing says pack of 4
I waited 6 weeks to get delivery and then it was only ONE bottle. Submitted a request for a replacement since I didn't get what the listing states (4 pack). Got a much quicker delivery on the second shipment but still only got ONE bottle. So I'm still short a total of two based on the product description. Do not order this unless you're OK with getting just ONE bottle of product.

Don't hesitate to buy this.
I bought the smaller bottles in a 4 pack. I did this because if you don't use it all the time the stuff will settle, harden on the bottom and be useless. It was a few cents more but worth it. If you have stubborn spots on your flat top range this will do it. Just put a small amount on it and let it sit a little while. Usually you can use a scrubby pad but a razor blade at an angle will speed things along. I just ordered more of the 13 oz bottles. The smaller one 2 equils 1 of the larger bottles at $10.14. They lasted a year for me and never got hard on the bottom. I used it on the bathroom sink, toilet. I'm my opinion this cream works better than the spray. The spray is fine for general cleaning but does not work on the stove if there are things stuck on....or like when my pea soup overflowed last week and burned on the bottom of the pot....underneath was stuck to the stove. Great stuff.
