No Installation Problem at All

Easy Fix
The fit is fine for a typical older shower door. I did drill a new screw hole location to match the existing hole, which was very easy.

Hardware is subpar quality
The glass door slider product seems to be fairly well made. It is made of injection molded plastic and seems to be a fairly heavy gauge. The problem is with the included hardware which are a set of screws that are designed to a fix the item to the bottom of the slider channel in your shower. If there is no hole, you will be required to drill a hole into the slider channel. The problem is that and trying to tighten the enclosed screws they break off inside the slider channel. Two screws broke off costing me a few hours of work to remove them and redrill a new hole. I would not recommend this product
