We got this to supplement the call pendant my elderly mother uses at her assisted living as that never seems to work. This has 3 very loud but adjustable plug in ringers with 10 or so optional chimes plus two pendants. They seem to work through walls and quite a distance so we will place one ringer at the nurses station, one outside her room and one inside her room (so she knows it is working). Then one pendant on her and one on the floor of the bathroom (where she usually falls). Excellent system!

Just received and so far so good. This is loud and can be heard from several rooms. My dad is under hospice care now and we needed some way of hearing him from any room. This was perfect.

I used to take care of my mom (and my mother-in-law at same time!! In my home.).Often I would go out in the garden, even to my neighbors house across the street.Moms could push a button and I’d hear it and come running.Perfect range and quality, I’d recommend this product to anyone who is a home caregiver. Gives you a little freedom while having an easy button for your loved one to connect with you.After my lovely mother’s passing, I gave this system to a friend of mine- her husband was in a hospital bed in living room. It gave her some much needed sleep and comfort while upstairs.

It is a blessing for me. Because of poor health, I have a tendency to lose balance and fall. I have an alarm station in three rooms that will alert my wife in case I fall. Just simply press the button and she is alerted to my fall. Great device. Well worth the small investment. Totally recommend it.The only reason I give it 4 stars and not five is that when wearing around the neck, I find it annoying that it turns to the wrong direction where the button faces your chest. A small annoyance for most, but a big one for me. Still, like I mentioned, well worth the cost.

This worked great for us before dad passed. It was perfect. Easy to set up. He knew that all he had to do was press a button and I'd be there.

THIS ITEM IS PERFECT FOR AN COLDER COUPLE OR A SICK PERSON AND CARETAKER IN THE HOMEITS LOUD ENOUGH TO HERE IT FROM ANYWERE IN THE HOUSE SOUNDS KINDS LIKE A DOOR BELL WHEN YOU HIT THE BUTTON , I HAVE NOT PLAYED WITH THE SOUNDS ON IT , BUT I HIT SOMETHING ON THE SIDE OF THE BOX AND MADE A DIFFRENT SOUND THAN A DOOR BELL GREAT ITEM

i look after an elderly parent and if they need help they just hit the calltou button and i see how i can help. the calltou buttons work every time and the ringer volume is adjustable on each ringer unit, the button batteries are going on 4 years without being changed. it really is a high quality product. i emailed customer support a question and they responded in less than 6 hours on a sunday, which is really nice.i would definitely buy calltou products again.

Solid low-tech option. Got this for a neighbor to call for help, range is very good (she lives two doors down), and the button is easy to press. The alert sound options are good and there are volume adjustments. For the price this is a fantastic option that doesn’t require an app, subscription or a cell phone.
