Even my daughter, who is not on a low-carb diet keeps eating them. I have to keep buying more because she keeps eating them all. Very flavorful. Not too spicy - Just the right amount of Spice. Crunchier than most crackers, but very good. I’ve seen someone post review saying they taste a little bit choppy and I can see where they are coming from However, The chalky texture They described isn’t something I would actually call Chalky exactly. I think that the description, “ Chalky” Is only used for lack of a better term. They are low carb so they should be expected to not have the exact same crispy texture as most crackers. But with this being said, they are the best low-carb cracker I have found

Been doing keto diet for last 9 months and every now and then you get an urge for a chip or cracker… Well, Quest protein chips and crackers can fill that need. These ‘spicy” cheddar have just a little heat compared to their regular cheddar crackers. 5g carbs per bag so you know exactly what you are getting. Are they better than their regular cheddar brand name crackers? No, but they taste just fine and are enjoyable! Highly recommend for those watching carb intake.

In the world of protein snacks these are pretty good. Don't go expecting Cheez-it style flavors, because you won't get that. Protein foods always have a slight different taste and texture because of the powder used to make it have more protein.The spice to these are nice and the flavor is close enough to Cheez-it hot and spicy.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:These chese crackers are amazing. I don't think I've tried a Quest product I didn't love!!. Crackers are my favorite snack and these are a great snack to get my protein and cracker crunch craving in. ❤️

If you're trying to eat healthy and wanting to eat cheez its I would recommend these. They taste exactly like cheez its and it's great knowing its protein based. It's a great alternative to snacks we all love and enjoy without feeling guilty about it. It's also a good decent portion amount that comes in each individual bag. The texture is crunchy and overall it's delicious. It is a bit pricey which is the downfall of it but you do get the quality out of it. Wish it was cheaper like other bad foods are. More people would eat healthier if food items were cheaper too. But I would recommend

Doing low carb but miss the crunch of a cracker? I didn't have high hopes for these but they are tasty. Yes, expensive for what you get (the bags are small but maybe that's part of the point). Flavor is similar to the original and this is NOT made with almond flour (which I appreciate since I am allergic.) I order them by the box and in fact got 2 boxes in this last order. Quest makes yummy stuff for those doing Keto or other low carb things.
