Brilliant product. I was a little sceptical on opening the box to find a tightly rolled vacuum packed item. No need to worry, on cutting the polythene packing the pillow sprung into full shape in seconds. There was some initial smell, as with most memory foam products, but this soon disappeared. Used the pillow for the first time last night and found it just right for my needs. I didn't use a pillow at all, just the supplied bolster under my neck, and had the best night sleep in a long time.

As yet I haven't used it. The reason for it is that I'm trying to find some form of cover/casing to protect the pillow, as it's a little to rough to sleep on as is, plus I don't think it's hygienic. I can use some larger pillow cases but I don't want a load of excess material hanging out. I'm surprised the company haven't invested in making cases to fit these ? People would purchase them to match the bedding. It just looks a tad unkempt without a nice covering.

Great pillow but impossible to find replacement pillow covers so you have to throw the entire thing away of the cover tears

Good for reflux, excellent for sitting up. Has different positions to put it in. I personally think it is too hard, has a slight smell even after using it for a while now. You may have to get used to it. I like the extra wee pillow part. Cost is okay for all the parts and functions/ positions.

Very comfortable and versatile use. I'm a big fella, and found this supremely useful wen trying to recover from pneumonia this winter.

I have numerous areas of disc problems with arthritis and stenosis in my thoralumbar areas in mybspibe. I had been sleeping in a recliner chair for some weeks until I found this lovely wedge pillow. I also use a separate wedge for my leg lift. I now have a good night's sleep back in my bed. Easily transportable for visiting friends or staying in hotels. A great find and great buy.

Initially this item was amazing and so helpful, however after not having it very long the whole of one seam has opened up. We went for the more expensive one hoping quality would be better but am shocked at how easily and quickly it's damaged.
