Pathetic Product, Major Fire Hazard – Avoid at All Costs!
I bought this Duracell 20000mAh power bank and it has completely failed. Not only does it not charge or provide any backup, but the power bank has also swollen up dangerously, turning into a serious fire hazard.This is not just product failure — it’s a safety threat. It could have easily caught fire or caused harm. I contacted Duracell’s customer service over 15 days ago, and despite the product still being under warranty, I have received no help or resolution from their side. Absolutely ridiculous service for a company of this reputation.To make it worse, Amazon has also refused to help, washing their hands off the issue completely.Stay away from this product. It's unreliable, dangerous, and backed by pathetic customer service. Highly disappointed.
