Llevo un poco más de 1 año usando este producto y puedo decir me gusta bastante! Intenté varias marcas diferentes hasta que descubrí esta y ya no cambié, me ayuda a mi digestión aunque debo mencionar que al inicio de empezar a tomarlo puede llegar a soltar el estómago pero solo por los primeros días, o al menos en mi caso así fue, cuando lo tomo por la noche me siento más relajada y tengo mejor calidad de sueño! 👌

Good amount for the price.

I've been using this supplement for around two years. I originally bought it to help restless leg issues I was having at night and found out it also helped me fall asleep. I tried a different brand once, when this brand was not available and it did not work nearly as good. Glad this seems to stay in stock now. It is one of the few brands at this dose. This is nothing about the quality of the product, but for information purposes: You do need to take it at least an hour before you plan to go to sleep for it to begin working. I have been highly satisfied which is why I keep buying it.

In reading up on this type of supplement, I'll have to come back after finishing the bottle to tell you if it worked or not. Apparently one needs to be taking it for a while before noticing any effects.

Love it! I needed something to help me sleep. In menopause I have issues falling asleep and staying asleep, or going back to sleep if I have to get up. THIS stuff is solid! Three pills, 30 minutes before bed. AND BAM. I get sleepy. Downside.. focus on 8 hours of sleep, any less and you'll feel groggy.
