So nice!!
We bought this for our grandson for his birthday. Unfortunately we had an issue with the shipping as the product was “lost” at no fault to the seller. The seller was very responsive and shipped out another one quickly. The second one was received without any issues. It was easy to put together, all parts were there and instructions were easy to follow. It is very strong and sturdy. Our grandson loves it!! So happy with it! It was worth the wait!

High Quality Materials that will Last
This is a very sturdy play set. The grounding bars secure the swing so it doesn’t rock at all and all hardware is packaged in individual steps so it’s impossible to mess up assembly. Accessories are well made. As an older person it took my husband and me about 2 hours to assemble and we are slow moving. This is a smaller set for younger kids maybe up to 10. I have purchased additional accessories to switch out. It’s very easy to change these out in a minute or two. Excellent customer service and a high quality product!

Be careful
Low quality product. My son and a friend were swinging and the bolts started falling out. I went to the hardware store and replaced all the aluminum bolts with steel. The anchor screws are aluminum also. Be prepared to replace all of the hardware. My son used it for 20 min. before bolts started falling off.

Wood Fitting is odd, wood cracks
When put together, it does not fit well all together. There is a space in the wood connection. The screws are really tight now, but If you screw it so tight to fit them without space, the lower brace will not fit.Update: as of May 15. 2025Less than a month after installation, noted cracks on the wooden parts.
