I have looked in many stores for the right rain coat. I didn’t want anything thin but didn’t want it like a winter coat either. I wanted it to keep me dry, but also warm if it’s super windy. This jacket is perfect. It has a lining in the arms, a mesh liner in the body area, inside pocket, chest pocket, not a bulky hood, long enough to cover most of my butt, adjustable cuff, and it’s purple ( my favorite color). I love the design on the fabric. It came just in time on a rainy day. Kept me very dry. I wasn’t hot in the car and it’s not real stiff feeling. The zipper is strong and the outside pockets have zippers too. I normally wear a XL but bought a 2x in case I have a sweater or sweatshirt on. Perfect fit and not too bulky big. I have worn it on non rainy days. Love this jacket and would highly recommend it. I’ll probably get another one in a different color.

Everything as described. Rain proof, comfortable, light weight. The equivalent of the mans jacket is unfortunately not rain proof.

The material of this jacket is great. I like all the pockets and the color, but the fit isn't for every body type. I don't have full on dwarfism, but I definitely have a shorter than average spine for an adult. When I buy a size that is perfect for my chest and has sleeves that are not too loose, the bottom of the jacket is too narrow, because it comes down to my butt rather than stopping around my hips. I tried the next size up, which had a looser waist band, but the sleeves were huge. I compromised by keeping the smaller size and rolling the bottom of the jacket up and inwards so it is at a narrower point on my body. For someone taller and slimmer this is a wonderful jacket, and I still like mine even though the size isn't perfect. It's great on a rainy and/or windy day. The adjustable wrist cuffs are a nice bonus.

This jacket is really nice, but, unfortunately, I had to return it. It was a gift to my sister. She has very, very large chest and it was too tight for her. If it was a medium, I would have kept it for myself. However, the large size was a proper large size, it's just that my sister has huge (natural) breast for her size.

This is a perfect jacket for cool, windy fall days. It’s lightweight, comfortable and true to size. The outer pockets are ample size and there is a large inside pocket. The only thing I don’t love is the hood. It’s very small and slips off my head.

This jacket is surprisingly well made. It’s a decent thickness and definitely keeps you dry, and helps to break the wind. I like that the hood is detachable for cool, dry spring days. I’ve received many compliments on it.

The jacket is designed very form, fitting and attractive. It seems to be adequate for rain and cold weather. The poorly designed hood is unusable and would not provide any protection in bad weather.

This jacket is absolutely well made. It is thick material but light weight. But doesn't feel heavy on. I love the pattern on this raincoat, very subtle but you can see it. I haven't worn it to see about warmth, but my guess is it will do the job. I am returning it because the size I choose was too small for me across the shoulders and chest. However, I am reordering the next size up. I debated between two sizes and went with the smaller because of reviews. However, if you are trying to decide between sizes, I would suggest you choose the larger of the two.
