Fantastic product worth the price
I buy this for two reasons. I personally use it for indigestion but also wanted a family member to use it for the glucose assistance. I was well aware that ACV can help with both issues and we have found this product to be very reliable. Please note that we were using the liquid before but I don't enjoy drinking apple cider vinegar diluted in water. I will note that the family member is a diabetic and we were previously using a mixture of ACV diluted in water with ground cinnamon mixed in to give her insulin time to take effect. This is easier on the taste buds.

Works well but when you sweat it's what's out of your pores and people can smell it.
Works well but if you take it daily like you're supposed to it will eventually sweat out your pores and people will be able to smell it.

I like to take a T of liquid ACV before bed, and thought capsules could make it easier. However, one night one [I only took one] capsule dissolved about an hour into my sleeping and I woke up very nauseous. I recommend to take w food sometime earlier in the day.
