Flavorful protein shake
I already finished all the shake so I don't have pictures but flavors are great. Love little chunks in the shakes. Love all the flavors but my favorite is cocoa and brown sugar!

Change Fit Protein Shakes Made in Korea Variety Pack 6 flavors 6 count total
A product of Korea, this variety set of 6 pouches of ChangeFit protein shakes each has a different flavor—Sweet Potato Latte, Injeolmi (flavor of a rice cake with a nutty sweet taste) , Cocoa, Strawberry Banana, Diet Black Sesame and Diet Brown Sugar Milk Tea. Not vegan all six flavors contain fish collagen and milk—they also contain soy. The pouches are a convenient way to consume 16 to 18 grams of protein from a pouch. The directions are to add approximately 5 to 6 3/4 ounces (150 to 200 ml) of milk or milk substitute to the dry powder in the pouch.I tried two of the flavors --Injeolmi and the Cocoa—and used 6 ounces of milk in each pouch. The milk should be added in 2 or 3 portions and shaken well after each because the powder did not readily dissolve and it was easy to overflow the pouch. There are crunchy bits reminiscent of rice krispies included in the shake that provide texture. The shakes are delicious in part because they do contain a considerable amount of sugar but both flavors I tried had no odd flavors and were tasty. The primary difference between the two diet pouches is that they are designed as a meal replacement so they contain additional vitamins and minerals. Nutritional information for the dry mixes—190 to 204 calories, 3.3 to 4.9 grams fat (1.4 to 1.8 grams saturated fat), 23 to 26 grams carbohydrates, 3 to 6 grams fiber, 12 to 14 grams sugar and 16 to 18 grams protein.Cholesterol is 6 to 11 percent DV (daily value and if watching salt intake sodium is 13 to 18 percent DV. Shelf safe they are easy to store because there is no liquid in the pouch, and there is the added bonus of the whimsical graphics on the pouch. To estimate shelf-life at the time of this review in May 2022 the Best By dates are between 15 and 17 months in the future but dates will vary. Excellent.

😋🍫🍪
Yum. Had to dump in a cup because It wouldn't mix well in the bag. I don't like how it still has a bit of protein taste but ig it makes sense because it is still a protein shake after all🤷♀️ packaging too cute I couldn't resist but it's great because I'm trying to lay off sweets for a while so this is great cuz I have a huge sweet tooth for chocolate😋🍨

I love this!
The flavors may not be for every one, but if you enjoy milk tea, bobba and milky sweet drinks you most likely will like this.Is is sweet but no artificial sweetener is tasted. It feels a little powdery because is very high in protein I think, but it doesn't really botter me. The flavors are great and my favorite is taro and black sesame. The shakes have little pieces of whatever flavor you're drinking. They kept me full when I drink it for breakfast, keep me ok until lunch, about 3- 4 hours later. What I don't like is the bag they come. First it doesn't stand so you either drink it at once or needs to open and close the cap because the bag doesn't stand. Another thing is the size, it doesn't let you space to mix the fine powder with the liquid. I use milk and needs to fill the bag half first, and shake heavily to mix it, and then add the other half of them milk and shake hard again. I will prefer the bag to be bigger and you can also decide if want to add more liquid. Putting enough liquid to fully fill the bag it actually comes the drink is very flavorful and kinda thick, I will add more milk if possible, but I can't because I'm on the go and don't want to have a bottle.Overall this is a great protein shake with a variety of flavors different from the normal ones. Like most protein powders, the powder in fine and difficult to mix with the liquid, because here you don't have much space, there's more risk for lumps, but if you're able to mix it well, they're great and I'm. obsessed. But they're too expensive for my to keep getting them.

Might Get Your Kids To Drink Milk
Flavor Name: 6 Variety Pack of Each FlavorThough I'm not all that impressed with these powders, they might be a good way to get your kids to drink milk. I know that I would never drink milk as a kid. Not even when I was a baby. Still don't like it unless something has been done to make it more palatable for me. This is one of those ways that I would have been happy to drink with this stuff emersed in my milk. Now, as an aging adult, I can't say that I care for it all that much, but no doubt, there will be those who love this stuff.First pour the powder into a large glass or cup. There's a whole lot of powder that goes into one glass. Then pour about 8 ounces of milk and stir. I find it's much easier to do by starting with about 4 or 5 ounces of milk and do your stirring; otherwise, it can get really messy and spill all over the place. Get the bulk of it mixed and then pour in the rest of the milk. Will make the job much easier.Do be aware that this contains little chunks of tapioca or something crispy. Looks like the powder isn't dissolving. If you've given it a good blending or mixing, it's most likely just those chunks. Kind of reminds me a little of Rice Krispies. Not convinced of its health benefits other than that it will have you drinking milk.
