I love this brand! My mother-in-law purchased me a set of Carote for Christmas and I immediately loved the interchanging handle and ease of storage. I needed one more skillet, so I purchased this one. Great quality, heats up quickly, and SO easy to clean. I wish I would have paid a little more attention to it already having a handle, but it is a small detail in comparison to the ease of use and how well they stand up to kitchen wear and tear. Highly recommend!

I’m not a fan of nonstick cookware, however there are certain things that you must have one for. I purchased this pan to replace a 15 year old AllClad nonstick. I am totally blown away with the performance of this pan! When new, the AllCalad would have had trouble keeping up with it. I use this pan for eggs and to make frittatas. Nothing sticks, not even cheese from omelettes or frittatas. And clean up is next to nonexistent. I also like the fact that such an inexpensive pan works very well on both the halogen cooktop as well as the induction cooktop, we have both in the kitchen. The handle is comfortable and the balance isn’t bad either. I highly recommend this pan.

This pan fries extremely well; it cooks food evenly and cleans up super easily. Nothing sticks, and it repels water, so it wipes dry with just a swipe. Amazing. I love using it. Its appearance is deceptive. I guess it reminds me of old pans I remember from childhood that resemble this one but were super heavy to lift. Not this one. It's featherweight and I have to remember that when I lift it with oil in it; if I put too much tug on the lift I'll hurl oil everywhere, cuz it doesn't take all that. I smile every time. :) I just love it.

Just received, comes with its own screw driver to put handle on . Looks like really good quality. Great price. Bought 3 different sizes

The is a nice little pan for the price. The reason I didn't give it five stars is that it comes with the handle detached. And its own screw driver! This page does not mention that little detail. Had to attach the handle myself. The last Carote pan I bought came with its handle attached already, but it consistently loosened and rattled. About once a month I had to get out the Philips and tighten it up. Sort of a hassle. But the bottom surface is easy to clean and actually stays clean after years of use.We will see if this one works better with me doing the actual assembly. :)

Awesome pan. Love the quality of the pan. Love the color and the wooden handle. Very reasonable price. Will definitely order more of this brand.

Tried to cook an egg without any butter. Cooked well and slid right out of pan. Nice looking pan and handle.

Best small pan I’ve ever used! Love it. No sticking, no burning on the bottom of the pan, even at high heat. Highly recommend.
