Easy to use,I needed one to make my dogs homemade food

I love it

I like because I eat quite a few salads. I can make several meals at once and store them in refrigerator. It works as advertised, and easy to clean.

At first, I absolutely loved this food processor. It has exactly the functions that I want and need, it’s easy to clean and store the attachments, and it isn’t overly heavy or large.However, that light weight and small footprint come at a price, which is that it’s flimsy. Despite being meticulously cared for and only hand washed, after about four months the bowl wouldn’t lock down. About a month after that, the lid wouldn’t lock down, either. I was still able to use it, but I had to physically hold it together and press down with both hands, which made it impossible to feed items into it myself. About two months after that, it stopped working completely.The problems with this unit are not unique to the one I got - such as just happening to get one with a bad part. They are related to overall poor build quality, which would not be unique to my unit. To that end, these issues could happen to any unit and aren’t likely to show up until after the return period.Unless you’re making a lightweight dough (e.g. pie crust or cookies), this machine simply does not have a powerful enough motor to make the dough hook worth using. I’ve found that a Danish dough whisk works better and often in less time - albeit with more elbow grease.I cannot recommend this product.

I purchased a Anthter food processor for my wife to do some early Christmas baking but when we opened it there was unfortunately a part missing (it happens) so I contacted the manufacturer and they happened to be out of stock so they offered to send me an upgraded model at no cost! Through the email process I dealt with a very nice lady named Veronica who really cared and wanted to make things right. The customer service dept. Really came through for us. We received the new food processor today as promised and can't wait to try it out! Thanks again Veronica.

I am keeping the food processor but it is NOT as easy as the last one that I had for 35 years.The center post and the blade attachments do not click into place well. Getting the blade on and off of the center post can be difficult. I have to be VERY careful not to cut myself.The contents of the bowl gets into hard to clean places in the center post.The blades are VERY sharp.
