Let me start by saying that this shampoo or should I say medicine is working. I used it twice and it actually has made my scalp smooth and clean. I don't feel itchy anymore either. I have been using head and shoulders for years and it kept my head a bit clean but it still was itchy and a tiny bit of scratching and I had Dandruff coming out. As for this medicine, I used it twice in a week and what a good feeling I have now. We have to understand that Dandruff is not always the same on all heads. Some have more some have less. For some shampoo like head and shoulders could be perfect and for some not enough. I have to say that I wasted money on head and shoulders because like I said it did not do the job perfect. So my recommendation is if you use shampoo like head and shoulders which says it helps but it does not then use this as it will 100% help. Very happy and I highly recommend.

I had doubts going into using this as I've had dandruff my entire life (I'm 29), I'm talking small flakes and large thick pieces of what can only be described as scalp coming off, as well as scabs in my scalp too. It was to the point I had no idea how anyone had dandruff-free hair. I could never afford a dermatologist and my doctors never took me seriously enough to refer me either via NHS. Best I could do is try different anti-dandruff over the years and hope for the best.This tiny bottle of pink stuff has significantly reduced my dandruff, I truly didn't expect it to work anywhere near as well as it has. If I had to work out my dandruff content now it'd be something like 20%, whereas before I was rocking a 90% snowstorm of flakes. I only do my hair once a week now, so I put this treatment on my scalp and leave for a good 5 minutes, rinse it out, then wash the rest of my hair (avoiding my scalp) with some of the T-Gel antidandruff anti-oil shampoo to make it soft, and it's been so good. I'm on my second bottle of this, and believe me it is tiny, I was worried at first because I use so much shampoo usually but since it's a scalp-only treatment it actually lasts quite a while. I've been using it for a good few months, I'm genuinely for once impressed that something that claims to reduce dandruff actually works. I wish I had taken before photos to show the difference.

Wet your hair, then add a teaspoonful of shampoo and bring it to a lather using a scalp massager. Leave it for 3/5 minutes to work, then rinse it off. Do this twice a week for 3 weeks and your dandruff will have disappeared. Similar shampoos offer more liquid that Nizoral. But their shampoo doesn't workso Nizoral has left them scratching their heads.

A small 60 ml bottle of anti-dandruff shampoo. The liquid inside is red and smells a bit unpleasant to me, though not harsh.I used it when my scalp became itchy and it helped.However, there wasn't much improvement when my partner used it to treat his dandruff.It must be an individual thing and you have to try to see if it works for you.I also found Nizoral shampoo to be very drying. I have long hair and after washing it with this shampoo it became like entangled straw. So using a good conditioner for the length is a must.Hope it helps.

First of all, the bottle is small, but then you only need to use a very small amount. Works well when also used with a scalp massager. Make sure to read the instructions and to leave it in as it says rather than rinsing straight out, it does make a difference and by doing all these things I noticed a significant change even from the first wash. Whilst it feels a bit expensive for what you get it is completely worth it and it does make a difference. We have ordered this a couple of times now and so far we haven't experienced it arriving with any leakage or box damage. Will be purchasing again.
