Q: Will this work with the raspberry pi low profile cpu cooler? i know this comes with the cpu tower cooler but i'd rather not use that one.

I’m using the tower cooler but I don’t see why the low profile wouldn’t work. there’s a fair bit of room in the case. You would lose the RGB lighting on the fan. I’ve been pleased with mine.
