Wheel did not connect tried multiple times and followed the manual meticulously much better off buying a logitech or any other brand for that matter!!

The media could not be loaded. This wheel is actually my 3rd, previously owned 2 by another brand which developed faults. The set up is fairly straightforward and instructions must be read. There is also a tutorial on YouTube which provides step by step instructions for those who are not good with written guides. There are numerous wires to be connected which is connected to designated points. I set this wheel on stand which was previously purchased on Amazon but not included with this wheel set. Just to advise the stand is not a necessity however if there objects it can be attached to within the home it should work. Just also to say this is not a small piece of equipment and adequate and storage space is needed.This wheel is for my 13 year old son, he describes the wheel as turning very smoothly and there is also a button on it which enhances driving experience.The gear box comes with six gears and a reverse which you have to hold down and put into place. The pedals are really good because you can tighten to how hard you would like the pedals to be or how loose.Each pedal has a different colour to differentiate between the clutch, brake and gas.This is quite an expensive product as it is an accessory to enhance game play, my son absolutely loves it as it simulates real driving. He now believes he is an expert driver and would like to drive my car - NOT HAPPENING so he can continue to enjoy his wheel as it will always be a cheaper option in my opinion lol.

We bought this for our sons birthday, everything is plugged in and wired correctly but we cannot get the gear stick to work. Wheel and pedals are working correctly. We purchased Forza especially and still can’t get it to work. We have watched all of the tutorials etc but still nothing. Could this one item be faulty?

Very good quality feeling wheel made from metal, buttons have a very satisfying click when pushed, force feedback is strong, not the quietest of wheelsWheel is covered in a soft material that feels nice to holdPlenty of adjustments in the wheel angle and pedal springs and angles to get comfy.Used on Xbox Series X, needs to have a controlled plugged into the back of the wheel with USB, used on PC as well and was simply plug and play, windows 10 recognised it immediately and didn’t need configuration.
