I needed to work on my core so I bought this for my home gym
These ab mats are great for sit ups and stretching your core. We use ones just like this at my public gym just a different brand. I wanted to do more ab workouts on my own so I purchased this for my home gym. Can’t beat the price and it was delivered very quickly. Also it’s comfortable and helps relieve lower back pain if you have it.

It helps sooooo much with back pain during sit-ups!
I have a bad hip and lower back pain, and sit-ups have always been very painful for me. I've tried everything (yoga balls, different types of exercise mats, a sit-up bench), but nothing helped... until now! By adding this cushion to my workout bench, I can now do sit-ups pain-free (besides the burn in my abs, lol!)! I'm so sad that I didn't get one of these years ago. My only complaint is that it sometimes moves around a little. I wish it was more non-slip. Still totally worth buying though - your back will thank you!

Simple idea but very helpful
This simple cushion really does help my neck and back doing floor exercises. I like to do exercises that are easy on the knees. I use this for my exercises that I do on the floor. Ty

Much needed support to get abs in shape
Makes ab workouts so much better. No pain when on the floor trying to get abs in shape. Nice and supportive, durable. Would recommend.

This thing is waaay too big (that's what she said) and really takes away from the movement. Wish I had just spent the extra $ and bought a legit one.
