I couldn’t wait for this to arrive because I wanted to use it for chronic lower back pain. It does not disappoint! It is providing me pain relief and I have found so many additional uses. One of my favorites is to wrap it around my knees while I elevate my legs against the wall for lymphatic drainage.I have to admit, I was concerned about the need for it to be plugged in during use. I thought for sure I would end up buying the battery pack (which I might still do). However, the cord has actually been a benefit for me because it forces me to sit down and relax, read, meditate, enjoy a cup of tea, etc. I’m a high stress and anxious person, so relaxing is really good for me. It’s a challenge not to actively multi-task. I find myself using the belt on different areas throughout the day and I’m glad I’m not wearing it while cleaning the kitchen or vacuuming!I’m getting benefits beyond pain relief. My anxiety is decreasing and my sleep quality is improving!

We loved the first one of these so much that we bought a second one so my husband and I each have our own. It really does help heal things. I have recommended it to several people who have bought them. NOTE: If you register it with Lifepro within 2 weeks of purchase, it will be guaranteed by them for life. They are great to stand behind their products. The part of the adaptor cord that plugs into the belt does sometimes wear out (my first one did, and my daughter's did), but because of the warranty, Lifepro replaced them free of charge.

Way too early to tell if it has any benefit, however it does work and work as advertised, and will revise my review in the coming weeks.

I just received this belt and I have used it only once to date but I have heard so many great things about this belt. I saw this on Tik Tok shop from several content creators and I was excited to purchase. I thought it was a bit pricey but you get what you pay for as I saw knock offs of this belt with bad reviews. It is very easy to put on and the quality is great as I have other belts without the light. I am on a fitness journey and I have researched and heard great things about the belt with proper use. I will come back and advise as I can tell with my first use that this belt will assist me with my goals.

For anyone on the fence about ordering this, do it now. This belt is a miracle worker. This is the second device I've owned. The first is a small wand from another manufacturer. It was for my senior dog to treat a torn CCL. Her vet started the red light therapy to try and avoid surgery. My sister sent me an equine wand she had so i didnt have to transport (or pay for) treatments every day. He thought it would take about a year before she regained basic independent, sound walking. Within 5 months she was climbing stairs, running, pivoting, and jumping with ease and pain free. I started using the wand on my own aches and pains, then my sister talked me into ordering this belt. It delivers the same frequency, wattage, strength as her pro model but covers a larger area at one time, plus I wouldn't have to hold and move the wand.I couldn't be happier and my knees, hips, back and shoulders feel great. Even the skin in the treated areas appears healthier and more youthful (I'm 67). My cousin is currently borrowing it to try it out after knee replacement surgery. Her doctor told her today she is progressing much faster than she was before she started the light therapy.This product is fairly priced, made of quality and durable materials. The battery holds a charge well, providing approximately five 30 minute sessions per charge for us. It's been used on the dog and 3 humans almost daily for 3 months and still looks brand new out of the box. The written instructions included in the box are well written and easily understood. There is product support on Lifepro's site that is easy to access and easy to navigate.I recommend this product and would definitely buy this product or any of their products again. We received this product a few weeks ago? Packaging was nice, good pamphlet with directions and product width was a good size to teach a large surface area of your back and shoulder.9My husband and I are really loving this red light belt! My husband does suffer from back pain, especially with overuse. With springtime here he’s doing more yard work and has constantly been complaining about his back.. we bought this red light belt and after a few uses he is seeing the benefit ! His back pain has lessened and he feels his soreness doesn’t last as long as it has is the past and his back pain has lessened in severity!I have used it a few times as needed when I have a back or neck tweak and I am enjoying it .. I feel that the pain intensity has subsided with use !

Lifepro products and customer service are top notch. I own several of their red light therapy devices and use them often. I will always buy Lifepro.

Love the portability- helps my aching muscles! I had one that was on a stand (not Lifepro) and returned it when I found this one.
