Well I have had this now a while my review on this.So on assmbly the top part containing the shredder didn't locate very well into the body, it became stuck and trying to get it back out was not good, slightly broke.Anyway it does the job as intended, the otherday this was shredding quite a lot of paper, performance excellent, of course i give it rests, but really against most shredders which then slow down, or even struggle to shred anything, this one does it with ease.It is excellent for a small office or even home.

Replacement for the same make I had for years. I decided on this one as they can be cumbersome to move. No problems with this model, gentle push around the desk with ease. Shreds easily, no struggles. The only thing i did notice is a bit noisier than my last model (Fellowes). This one is so easy to empty, no mess whatsoever! Just pull the bin out , empty & replace. Highly recommended, shredding with safety & ease !

Sleek and nice to use

Shredder jammed within first day of use and, unlike previous models that I've owned, it cannot easily be unblocked using the usual methods including tweezers because the blades are deeply recessed in a narrow slot so the compacted paper pieces cannot be reached nor are they visible from the underside. The reverse mode also doesn't loosen the paper fragments so it's currently non-usable!

The product failed when just shredding 5 to 7 sheets of paper, making clicking noises and jamming., also having a red flashing light, these where only old bank statements, not thick and it's supposed to shred 12 sheets in one go! Fortunately Amazon offered a replacement so hopefully will be fine. Overall the product was solid but impossible to disassemble after assembly and would not fit in it's box to return and is fairly heavy but Amazon was helpful and arranged a Post Office collection.

Purchased this to replace an old Fellowes shredder that we had, had for years. Delivered on time, easy to add the wheels and put together. Took literally a couple of minutes. Shreds well. No problems so far. Have only shredded paper so far. It’s no noisier than our previous shredder. Is supposed to be able to shred credit cards but that’s what broke our last one so not going try that with this one. Paid £70.49. Would recommend and would buy again if needed.

Great home shredder. Lighter and slimmer than previous ones I have had. Ideal to use at home for regular use. Good brand and I am happy with this one so far. Has a pull out box so emptying is much easier than having to lift the shredder top itself off . Easy to use and the window helps to check when it needs emptying .Only thing I would say is a bit of a worry is that the shredder seems a little brittle so I am being careful when emptying (not that I am clumsy) . Happy with my purchase and good value and price for what you get

It just fits under my computer desk which is what I wanted. It is easy to assemble, BUT REMEMBER the top must fit squarely onto the bottom with a click, otherwise it will not work. At first I though I got a bad one, then I realised the top has to click onto the bottom before I will work. Once I got it to work, I liked that it was nice a quite, unlike my last make, and it takes a lot more shredded paper.
