These are the best grippers but captain of crush are really good quality as well prefer these n cff if you want some info on how to develop great grip find me on fb I'll show you how to master grip few will do it

They are good BUT...
I like them , they are great for training for hand strength. Fair price , but here is the problem with them. The curling on them isn't consistent ! Some of them it's barely there,others it's more there. You need it there if your hands get sweaty.You don't need it cutting into your hands . Well at least i don't.but i need to be able to get a good grip on them . The fact you can move up in 50 lbs instead of 100 lbs, is nice . I would start out with the 100lbs if you are just starting out. The 150lbs is a nice warm up/ all around , if you have done some training before. I have the 200lbs is a nice step up if you can close the 150 lbs 15 or so times and the 250lbs. I am still working on the 250lbs to get it fully closed. The curling is a little too smooth, so that doesn't help. If they could work on their quality control ,a little better these would be great .

Something to Build up to.
Feels like very heavy duty construction for when one day I get up to it, it won't break on me, and that's what counts. The spread is wider, just a warning.

Almost the same size as the 350 hg. But they are still tough to close . Thought they would be a little bigger than 350 hg
