Worth the money
I just got my annual labs back and everything looks beautiful this is a good vitamin I don't get sick I take first thing in the morning with breakfast it's worth the money

Easy to digest
Small bottle not as big as expected, easy to swallow one a day only thing is they have a slight smell but very convenient to have daily.

Highly recommend
These bariatric multivitamins are recommended by my surgeon and the nutritionist in the weight loss clinic office. I've been taking them since my surgery last year and my levels have remained good for key nutrients when they test my blood work. I was without them last month because of budget issues in my household and I'm so glad to have ghem back. They arrived quickly, within 24 hours. Effective vitamins and on time auto refill
Vitamins were recommended by my doctor. No side effects. It was easy to put on auto refill with Amazon and comes on time.

Good, but LARGE pill.
Seems to be just fine, and definitely better than taking 4 pills per day when I was using the chewables.One thing to note, these pills are LARGE. I would not recommend using these until after 4-6 months post surgery when you are able to stomach most foods.

So much better than the chewables.
I had bariatric surgery last December and was recommended the chewable vitamins. They tasted horrible and were so chalky that I would have a large gob of yuck in my mouth and it would trigger my gag reflex. These capsules are not huge wafers like the chewable kind, they slide down easy and do not upset my stomach. If you cannot handle the chewable, I would discuss switching over to these capsules with your nutritionist.
