This is a great bit of kit. Nice quality feel to the case and the press buttons.I've used it to connect 6 different hifi systems to one pair of speakers and the sound quality is amazing. No noticeable loss of clarity and no buzzing or interference. For £18 this was a bargain. Highly recommend.

Works better than any other AV switcher. I had some problems with other AV switchers, but this one works perfectly. No more issues with audio or video and for a great price.

After the first switch box worked so well, I bought a second switch box to use with my collection of vintage cassette and reel to reel tape decks.They can also be used for composite video switching.The build quality is good and the switches work well.There is no perceived increase in noise or distortion.

Works well, old fashioned, doesn't require power, easy to use. No cross talk or interference. Feels well made.We're using it to switch a PS2, N64, Wii, PS1, Sega etc into a CRT that only has scart or S-video. Supply your own cables as per your requirement and you're away.

I have an old hi fi amp (brushed steel fascia, cosy warm glow of original-bulb backlit VU meters. Yeah, you know 😉), and it only has 2 or 3 inputs, (and one of them is the phono stage with built in RIAA equaliser, which is no use as I already have a separate phone stage).Got this to allow for more inputs, and to change inputs at the touch of a button. The added benefit is, that adding/removing inputs is much easier, as you don't have to fumble around behind your gear in a tangle of wires after initially plugging the box in, Handy if you just want to test run a player or something. Naturally, the item feels a bit cheap, (as you'd expect, of course), but it still does what it should, (so far). I only need it for hi-fi based applications, but aswell as the red/white audio sockets, it also has the yellow (visual) socket aswell, so if you you have one old TV and a bank of, say, vintage consoles and video players, you can run their signal connectors through this.
